Two times taken me to the wrong way, some turning direction is wrong, and some street is not available. It is a worse device.

I ordered this product and after receiving it found that I had received another GPS as a gift, so I returned the one I had ordered from Amazon. The product from Amazon was terrific and would have served my purposes well. I had no trouble returning it and got a full refund, without any questions.

Amazon is a nice place to purchase items, and as usual, they take care of their customers.

Amazon is amazing to work with. Items ship when they say and arrive is excellent condition. Thank you for great service.

I like my TomTom much better than the Garmins I have seen.

I like the large screen size.

The menus are a bit clunky to navigate at times, adding a POI is a bit awkward.

I have not been able to get the classification of a road changed from unpaved to a regular paved road. Overall, I like it a lot.

I’ll preface this review by revealing the following:

- I am a software developer.

- My wife gave this product to me as a gift. I did not preview it in a store, which is *VERY* unfortunate!

Having said that, I will *UNLOAD* on TOMTOM for this awful GPS unit!

The device neither speaks not displays the upcoming street names!!! How awful and unacceptable is that!!!

The interface is poor and not very usable. The average person will likely have a very difficult time navigating the interface to input new destinations, etc.

It is clear to me – TOMTOM, in an effort to save money, outsourced/offshored both the design and development of this product to the lowest bidder. It led to absolutely dreadful and abhorrent product. I will *NEVER* buy a TOMTOM product again!!!

Oh – And as if things couldn’t be any worse, the satellite signal takes many minutes to catch up after its first boot.
